Deluxe Residence offers a service package for the sellers who are ready to advertise for sale at the company's site on their own. Real estate sellers can open a special account which lets them add and edit offers concerning villas, houses and flats for sale.

You can create or edit your advertisements for sale with the help of our wizard following several simple steps.

At the first step you can indicate on the map the location of your real estate in any point of the world. We will be glad to cooperate with luxury real estate sellers in any country of the world.

At the second step you can enter your listing identifier in any format used in your company. Then you can add a text description of your villa or apartment, real estate address, type and style, price, condition of the building and your contact information. Note that any advertisement can have a description in different languages. If you expect to find customers not only among Russian-speaking people, you may enter text descriptions in other languages. At present Deluxe Residence company's site supports two languages: Russian and English.

At the third step you can indicate the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and plottage size (for houses and villas) and also the floor (for apartments). If you know the price of the last sale and date of sale, this information can also be added. When necessary, you may indicate specific features of your offer by selecting items from the predefined list.

At the last step you can add the photos of your villa or flat and plot and living area plans with corresponding commentary. You can also add .wmv, .flv, or .mp4 video files.

Immediately after the wizard completion active advertisements for your house or flat for sale will be available in real estate search on the map and also in advanced search. Recently added advertisements will also be available for some time on the home page.

Any seller can have an unlimited number of inactive advertisements in the base. The number of active advertisements (those that are available for buyers in the search on the map and in the advanced search) is limited depending on the account type. We offer accounts for individual sellers with one active advertisement for a flat, house or villa for sale, and also accounts for companies with 10, 50, 100, 500 and more active real estate offers.
